Is a binder pencil pouch "gender specific"?
More specifically, are they only for girls or only for boys or are they for both?
Is it too masculine for a girl? Is it not manly enough for a boy? Is it completely neutral? Does it depend on what age the boy/girl is?

Totally neutral....at least it was when I went to school
I say if it's pink, definitley for a girl but any other color of any pencil box works for both parties!
Depending on the color yes, but I think either boy or girl can use it.
