The other night, while watching Jay Leno Headlines, we think we found the answer to why our home hasn't sold yet.
Jay Leno showed an Ad from the newspaper that reads:

Oh my word! We've been going about it ALL WRONG! Up until this point, we have only been marketing our HOME - and we have failed to offer the pizza! Is that all it would take? What were we thinking?!?
Well, here's our official [exciting] announcement. As of right now, we're throwing in a PIZZA for the someone who buys our home!! Serious. I will.
